I’m asking for help today. I need to know what your favorite sourdough recipes are.
Of course, I bake bread…but my husband and I are the only ones who eat it. When you’re trying not to eat a whole loaf of bread, it’s hard not to.
So I’m looking for new ideas. Things that aren’t the usual crackers or tortillas.
Do you have a fun name for your starter? I’m a huge Friends fan, so I wanted to incorporate that and came up with Phoebe Prooffay. (I thought it was clever, but I think I’m the only one.)
She’s been going since Fall time I think? I restarted from scratch after we move into our current house, which was exactly a year ago this weekend.
I almost lost her once since then when I dropped the bowl onto the container I was putting her in. Thankfully there was just barely enough in the container i transferred her from to keep it going.
Anyway, I got off track. What is your absolute favorite, can’t live without sourdough recipe? Share with me in the comments.
Now back into the fridge she goes probably for another 3 weeks before I remember to feed her again. 😶
