Hey friends! Just a quick post today.
I wanted to share one of my favorite budget friendly tips if you have a meat eating family like I do.
I guess I should preface this and say that this is a great deal because I can get it from Sam’s Club. I’m unsure how great a deal this would be from other stores.
But, if you like pork (or are simply so sick of chicken like we are) you can get a pork loin from Sam’s, and portion it into several meals worth of portions. For example I bought one that I split into 4 meals worth of meat.
This averages to be just over $4 per meal on meat, which is cheaper than any meats I’ve seen lately.
see my photo below :

Here I have 2 smaller loin sections that my husband will throw on the smoker for us, and 2 meals worth (10 total) worth of thick cut pork chops.
I paid less than $17 for the loin, and will get 4 dinners plus a little bit leftover for my lunch the following day.
Share with me in the comments your favorite budget friendly tip! We can all use some help right now. 😅
