Hello to all of you gorgeous people!
It’s so hard for me to believe that it’s September already. This year has flown by!
(Just a quick note – sending prayers to anyone in the path of Dorian! It looks like we will get hit late Thursday/early Friday at this point…let’s just keep praying that it just turns back out into the ocean without any catastrophic damage.)
So, last year on the blog I instituted something called “Grateful September.” I’d like to do that again this year. Every single day for the next 30 days I want you to think of one thing that you are truly grateful for.
Now, I know that it’s easy to do the superficial grateful things…but for this I want you to dig deeper. What in your life makes your heart burst with gratitude?
Write it down. Every day.
But don’t just write it down. Meditate on it, and allow the gratitude for that daily thing envelope your entire life.
It’s so easy to become complacent and take everything for granted. (At least it is for me.) So being intentional about gratitude is my challenge for you for the month of September.
