What We Ate : Chicken and Chorizo Tacos

Hi friends! Last night for dinner I made our favorite tacos, and I thought I would share how I make them here. These are inspired by one of our favorite restaurants we went to a lot before we moved.

Here’s my no recipe recipe.

Marinate 1 lb chicken thighs in some lime juice, olive oil, one packet of sazon, cumin, chili powder, paprika, cilantro, minced garlic and salt and pepper.

Sauté in pan until fully cooked, then move to a plate and wipe out the pan.

Add 1 lb chorizo to the same skillet and sauté until fully cooked and slightly crispy.

Add chicken into the chorizo and warm together so flavors marry.

Serve with fresh tortillas, topped with onion, cilantro and lots of lime juice.
