My Review :

I loved this book from start to finish. Chef Aarón gives such an insightful, and in depth into his life growing up the child of a chef, and his own coming of age in the kitchen. I had once dreamed of being a chef, so I enjoyed living vicariously through his eyes for the duration of this book. I have a new appreciation for him, and all chefs, really – what they have to endure is brutal. All we care about on the outside is a pretty plate for Instagram, but a chef puts their heart and soul onto the plate. My thanks to Aarón for writing about his life. Now, where can I find some great tacos?
