Hi friends! Today’s book review is for The View From Coral Cove by Amy Clipston.
*Disclaimer : I received a copy of this ebook from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
In The View From Coral Cove we meet Maya, who is fresh off of a broken engagement. She heads to the beach to take over her recently deceased great aunt’s toy store.
Thanks to a kitten that is full of hijinks, she meets Ashlyn and Brody.
This book is wholesome, and fun to read. If you’re looking for a light hearted romance, and to be transported to the beach… this might be up your alley.
Maya has lost her family in various ways, but we really see her gain so much in the end. (And who wouldn’t love to be an author who lives at the beach?! 😅)
Honestly, reading this was kind of refreshing for me. There was nothing too ”spicy” or scandalous about it…which was a nice change of pace from a lot of books I’ve read recently.
I laughed, and I cried.
