Hi friends! I’m back with another book review, this time for The One You Want by Jennifer Ryan.

*Disclaimer : I received a copy of this ebook for free from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

In The One You Want, we meet Rose as she heads home for her best friend Maggie’s wedding. Having had a tumultuous childhood, she’s not exactly looking forward to sleeping in her old bedroom. Things take a turn for the best when she meets the groom’s best man, Gray.

Not all goes as expected though. There are past paths that have been crossed, unbeknownst to some of those involved, which makes for some sticky situations.

Lost loves, and new loves come together for a beautiful story.

I love getting to know Rose, and watch her mom and sister grow along with her. It was lovely to see the chains start to break.

I really have no complaints about this one. It was engaging and nicely paced so I was able to read it quite quickly. (Not to mention that I stayed up way past my bedtime to finish, because…come on, I had to see how it ended!) You’ll never believe who ends up in handcuffs, or why!

Love this book. 5 stars.
