Hi friends! Today’s book review is for Reputation by Sarah Vaughan.

*Disclaimer : I received a copy of this ebook for free from NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

Reputation revolves around Emma who works in politics. Her endeavors are really quite impressive. She gets laws enacted to fight against revenge porn, which is a huge win for her.

She’s also a divorced mom of Flora, an angsty teen who is being bullied by her once best friends. Things really come to a head in an ironic sense for Flora. Her mom is placed at the center of what will be a huge scandal, as soon as it leaks.

Also suffering, Emma is receiving daily threats from the public. Really ugly things.

But her whole life changes when a journalist winds up dead in her house. Now it’s up to her to defend herself, and her reputation.

This book took a loooong time for me to get into. I contemplated DNF’ing multiple times. In the end though, the story prevailed, and I did end up enjoying how Reputation ended.

I give this one 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4.
