Description :

Alex Neumann makes wonderful guiding principles for anyone attempting to create a productive and satisfying life. He reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of happiness and create needless suffering.

These incredibly profound, yet simple and practical teachings will inspire you to a grand new level of life clarity, confidence, purpose, and passion. An inspiring and practical roadmap with many great lessons to self-upliftment and to fulfill your dreams.

My Review :

My biggest takeaway from this book is to always remain curious. Saying “I don’t know yet” is one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself.

I really enjoyed reading Alex Neumann’s perspective in Harness the Power of the Invincible Mind. Admittedly, I like to read a lot on how to find happiness and joy in my everyday life…through reading this book I now have learned that possibly the best way to find those things is to stop seeking, and start doing.

I need to stop searching for whatever the next thing is that will make me happy, and instead focus on giving to others. The moments we stop focusing on ourselves is the moment we open ourselves up to greater things.

See, the thing is that I’ve read this and heard it said many times, but the way it is explained here finally made the switch flip in my brain.

I’d recommend this book if you are tired of always seeking. It’s time to just be.
